Whats te update on the Virgn moving to Niagra 3? I hear they have already hit ireland. if anyone is here from ireland please share your experience.

If they keep the same BK (boxkey) and RSA every thing will be fine...

CCcam doesn't work directly with Nagra3. we have to use newcs to read the card, and mpcs to "transfer" it to cccam, in this config we shod use cccam 2.0.4. to the card appear in hop1 to your peers if you use another version your peers will see your card in hop 2 this was a very nasty known bug. It allows CCcam to show cards received from N...but is another discussion about Mbox and Gbox opens definetely nagra 3 cards. don't read the card directly, but opens the cards...

I'm talking about rom142 for tvcabo and rom 180 for D+, both on Nagra3 at hispassat 30ºW but i think will be about the same.

Hi,
in portugal they are using the same card for sat and cable that means the cards are read same way the configs for sharing are the same
the only thing changes is the box ...

we will have to wait and see what happens in Uk but it will happen for sure and sooner reather than later. as for our cable system it is no way linked to satellite they both have different tuners, configs and keys. so i dont think it will be the same as portugal
